Meet Dr. Mike Ross & Dr. Zoë Ross

When it comes to their veterinary practice, quality control is extremely important to Dr. Mike Ross and his wife, Dr. Zoë Ross. It is one of the main reasons they decided to open their own practice. "It is important to us to be veterinarians in a business where good quality medicine is practised and clients are treated in a caring and compassionate manner," say Mike and Zoë.

They and their fellow veterinarians and staff members have been caring for local dogs, cats and farm animals since 2002. In that time, they have gotten to know many locals. In fact, that is one of the things that the Ross' most appreciate about living and owning a business in a small town like Dawson Creek. "We can develop personal relationships with clients," says Mike. "We get to enjoy seeing our patients enjoying day to day life on a regular basis locally." It also makes trips out and about town more personable because you know many of the people that you interact with on the sidewalks and in local shops and businesses. Mike and Zoë have ties to the agriculture industry and also appreciate Dawson Creek's rich agricultural history. The Ross' are equine fans and love to ride their own horses with their family.

Mike and Zoë are extremely grateful for their colleagues and staff members at the clinic, without whom they would not be able to do the work that they do. "We work with a great team of people," says Mike. The team is committed to animal care as well as caring for the people who love their animals or rely on them for their livelihoods. They are also dedicated to helping the business succeed and grow.
