Juice Five O
Juice Five O is located in the downtown core of Dawson Creek inside the Kruk Centre for Performing Arts and serves up a delicious variety of specialized Vietnamese foods as well as sandwiches, real fruit smoothies, specialty teas and coffees. Juice Five O is an equal serving of healthy and delicious.
Owners Tri Nguyen and Nguyen Thuy Thao Mai are proud to serve up pho, a sea of broth filled with rice noodles, scallions, celery, local cut beef, and shaved onions. Customers rave about Juice Five O’s fantastic Bun Thit Nuong (Vermicelli). Tasty Bun is made up of rice vermicelli, mint, fried shallots, green onions, bean sprouts, carrots, daikon radish, lettuce, pork spring rolls, grilled marinated pork loin, peanuts and of course a high-grade fish sauce. Their mild yellow curry features whole chicken pieces, sweet potato, carrots and potato soaked in spiced coconut milk and served on a bed of rice.

Tri Nguyen and Nguyen Thuy Thao Mai own and operate Juice Five O, the Peace Region's newest hot spot. They just opened in 2015 and are pleased to see regular customers returning for their delicious Vietnamese foods as well as sandwiches, specialty coffees and teas. Tri is most proud of "being able to provide consistently delicious food for our customer's palate". Tri loves the freedom and creativity of owning and operating Juice Five O.
They love living in Dawson Creek and enjoy the quality of life as well of the diversity of culture. When not busy serving up fantastic food at their restaurant Tri enjoys working on cars and going on road trips. Dawson Creek entrepreneurs are growing in number. "I feel positive as we are starting to slowly see more and more unique shops set up," said Tri.
